Shipping offered to all horses purchased from Edoras Stables:
We offer shipping on all horses purchased from Edoras Stables at $1.50 per mile/1st horse + $.50 per mile/each additional horse (up to 4 horses). There is also a 'per day' charge of $150 for each day on the road loaded. Depending on the length and duration of the trip, other charges may apply. Please contact for more details.
Shipping offered to Clients in the Western/Midwestern US:
We do offer shipping to and from anywhere in the Western/midwestern United States (upon availability). Trips are priced by the mile and by the day on the road. Fees are as follows: 75 cents per mile empty, and $1.50 per mile loaded (first horse) and 50 cents per mile for each additional horse. For trips starting or ending locally (within 25 miles of Montrose, CO) it will be a flat $1.50 per loaded mile (1 horse), $2.00 per loaded mile (2 horses), $2.50 per loaded mile (3 horses), etc.
There will also be a $150 per day charge for each day on the road. To book a trip, the total estimated miles will be figured and an estimated total cost of the trip will be figured (the total for the trip will not be less than the estimate). Half of the estimated total is due before the start of the trip. The balance is due when the horse is delivered and the total miles and extra charges (if any) are known so the exact balance can be figured.
