~ ES Moonlight Sonata ~

Sonata is a beautiful black pintaloosa mare, and is also our tallest mare, standing at 15 hands! She is out of one of our best mares, "Sweet Potato", by our late stallion, Rainbow's Blue Genes.  She is trained to drive in a team.  Sonata had a gorgeous grulla tobiano colt on April 9, 2025 by our young stallion, ES Frodo Baggins.  Unfortunately, we lost him at 12 hours old due to unforseen circumstances :(  She is bred back to Frodo for a 2026 foal. We are hoping for better luck next year.
